All persons attending the tour must have a ticket, including those for whom there is no fee (DAV, Charter Oak Pass holders, and Children ages 5 and under).

Ticket holders must be on time

Late ticket holders may be denied entry based on occupancy guidance

Purchase ability online (web) until start time

Customers may purchase onsite (field) at the castle for next tour block

Customers may purchase online (web) for next tour block

Last entry:4 pm

Purchases can be made onsite (field) and must count toward the tour maximum

Cancellations / Refunds: At least 7 days in advance = full refund, minus service fee. Less than 7 days in advance, no refunds.

Changes/transfers: At least two days prior to the tour, no charge for tour date/time changes. Less than two days prior to tour, no changes can be made.
