Explore Connecticut's prehistoric past! Enjoy hands-on fossil digs, live animal shows, nature walks, and STEM activities at one of the state's most unique natural history parks. This event is part of Connecticut's celebration of the 20th anniversary of No Child Left Inside (NCLI), connecting youth and families to the outdoors. Food trucks will be on-site for lunch purchases. Proper attire (shirt and shoes) is required. Minors must be accompanied by an adult.
ADA-accessible buses with onboard restrooms will be provided.
All riders must reserve a seat in advance. The $2 transaction fee is non-refundable. Every individual using a seat, including infants and toddlers, must have a reservation.
Trips will proceed rain or shine. In the event of severe weather, participants will be notified by email.
Please arrive early. Buses will depart on time. If you miss your departure, we cannot provide refunds or alternate transportation.
This free trip is made possible through ParkConneCT, a partnership between CT DEEP and the Connecticut Department of Transportation to expand access to state parks.

Pick-Up Time: 10:30 AM (arrive by 10:15 AM to check in)
Drop-Off Time: Return by 1:15 PM
